Are you looking to get involved in the craft beverage world? Join the Lift Bridge team by working as a Bartender for one of the top breweries in the Midwest! Create amazing experiences for our guests in a part time role at our main brewery Taproom location in Stillwater, MN.

Must haves:

• Appreciation for craft beer and a wide range of beverages.
• Feeling of well-being and confidence when around others and good beer.
• Ability to communicate description of multiple beer styles and flavor profiles of sodas and cocktails.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• GED or High School Diploma
• Work on your feet during the shift
• Carry at least 50 lbs
• Effective, outgoing, friendly communicator/greeter to actively engage customers
• Effectively interact in a respectful manner with customers and staff
• Experience in retail or bar/restaurant environments.

Duties:

• Serve beverages for on-site & off-site sales
• Maintain an enjoyable atmosphere for customers
• Ability to multi-task, lead supporting help and provide friendly customer service
• Interact with and educate customers about craft beverages
• Check identification in accordance with State regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory
• Perform open/close responsibilities independently and as part of a team
• Execute events and promotions

Particulars:

• 16-24 hours per week, including weekday afternoons (1pm start time), evenings, weekends and some holidays required.
• Minimum wage plus tips and an incentive program
